A New Year and A New Continental Ponds!
We are more committed than ever to providing outstanding communications with our clients and fellow Water Garden Hobbyists. Each month we will be sending out e-newsletters full of helpful hints and seasonal maintenance reminders to keep your water feature looking its best. In addition to great information we will be keeping you up to date with what we are doing - seminars, do-it-yourself clinics, and special offers and promotions. Fish Feeding in Winter
If we are in a mild streak of winter weather, you might notice your fish being a little more active. But don't be lured into giving them an early treat! Even if our air temperature is on the warm side, their watery home is still feeling a little chilly and it is better for their digestive systems to wait until the temperature reaches 55°.
Splash of Color!
Need to liven up your pond? Add a splash of color! A big and bright red pot planted with some favorites can add both height and color. Choose peripheral plants that are easy to care for and provide a contrast of color and texture. Entertaining outdoors by a firepit? Scatter big and boldly colored candles on the rocks around your water feature! Tell us your ideas for adding color to your water feature!
